Наш клиент, российское подразделение компании LEM (лидер на рынке по созданию передовых и высококачественных решений в области измерения электрических параметров), ищет в свою команду нового сотрудника в тверской офис. Sales: • Search of new customers; • Quotations and technical offers to customers; • Technical consultations to customers and other interested parties; • Agreeing the supply contracts with customers; • Manage customer data, customer and marketing documentation (incl. contracts and specifications but not limited to them); • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and other parties of LRU interest: business visits, influence counterparts decision makers, follow-up quotations and offers. • Marketing communications to the interested parties (data sheets, web site, etc.); • Communication customer specific requirements to LEM internal involved parties; • Manage Customer sales Forecast; • Collect market information through different channels. Purchasing: • Managing indirect purchases of goods and equipment; • Evaluate, qualify and create supplier. Manage supplier data (incl. capacity, lead time, prices but not limited to them); • Launch RFQs and submit purchase orders to suppliers; • Provide suppliers with forecasts • Negotiate price and agreements. Agree the supply contracts; • Process the purchase requests; • Provide timely deliveries of goods and equipment. Quality: • Audit of suppliers according the Audit plan; • Promote the LEM Quality policy, related rules, procedures, guidelines; • Maintain Quality system, propagate related mindset; • Support internal and external audits; • Managing nonconformities, opportunities for improvements, continuous improvement, complaints; • Metrology, calibration of measuring instruments; • Translation into Russian of selected Quality system documents; • Actualization of documents according CO.11.10.043; • Systematization of the results of periodic testing General: • Compliance to LEM Values and Code of Conduct; • Adherence to LEM strategy and agreed KPI’s; • Follow applicable LEM methods, rules and procedures. • Report on the monthly results and relevant market information, including information on competitors. Position: Sales Engineer 50%/Purchase Specialist 25%/Quality Engineer 25% Engineer Working regime and location of workplace: full time, Tver, LEM Russia office.
• Higher technical education – Electrical engineer / Electronics engineer; • Experience and proficiency in sales of technically complex products – will be regarded as advantage; • Aspiration and capability to acquire additional knowledge and experience in the mentioned spheres; • Computer skills - MS Office, 1C; • Intermediate or Upper Intermediate English; • Honesty, diligence, high working capacity, good communication skills, business acumen.
